The underwear as outerwear trend absolutely exploded this year, with more bras, bustiers, sheer camisoles and other lingerie pieces finally seeing the light of day. And Lingerie Diva was on top of it, with our "How To Wear Fishnet Lingerie With Everyday Clothes" post at the beginning of January.
A fun feature we thought up this summer was our "Bikinis & Martinis" post, which combined our sexiest bikinis with color-coordinating martinis to sip by the pool.
And because this summer was such a scorcher, sheer lingerie was the best way to go! Our "Sheers For Summer" post featured sets that let your body breathe in 100-degree weather.
We wrote about two lingerie color trends this year. The first was our "Passionate About Purple" series in May, featuring sets in purple hues ranging from violet to plum. The second was our "Naughty In Neon" posts, in which we discussed how the brightest colors were taking over for the summer. Both of these posts also inspired Pinterest boards; see them here and here.
